Most conversations about AI are happening at the wrong level of abstraction. The interesting questions are not "which tool should I use?" They are about how AI changes the systems we work in: how decisions get made, how knowledge flows, how teams think, how products get built. I have spent 13+ years inside enterprise organizations wrestling with exactly these questions, starting with data and analytics and now extending into AI.
My work combines systems thinking, AI adoption, and practical content creation. I help people build frameworks for thinking about AI that hold up under the complexity of real organizations. Not the clean versions that look good on slides.
A few things I have done: built enterprise analytics platforms from scratch, created a framework for progressive data access adopted across multiple clients, and led AI adoption strategy bridging data, engineering and use case.
What matters to me most: research that reveals patterns, frameworks that travel across contexts, and content that helps practitioners think more clearly. I write about these things because I use them myself in day-to-day practice.
